We have expanded over the years to offer additional services, and of course some obsolete services we no longer offer.
2002: We released the Instant Network Boot Disk, a tool for IT network administrators that fitted on one floppy disk and could bring alive a dead computer or server letting you network it and recover data and set it back up. The tool was completely free, won awards and will most likely still remain on the google searches for decades to come even though it is now obsolete and not available.
2003: We released our own remote IT support software Qual-IT Express that could be downloaded from our website and with one click our engineers could gain access to your PC as if they were sat in front of it, work on it, reboot it and continue to work on it. Because we used a reverse connection methodology through port 80 it looked like a browser request and our system even managed to allow us remote control access to your PC through corporate firewall systems and security suits, enabling us to help everyone and anyone, anywhere, immediately.
2004: We started offering simple programming services and small scripts and custom made programs to automate repetitive daily tasks, or an every day job like invoicing, mail shots and bulk alterations to documents.
2004: Q-Backup, a small business network and server backup system was released that could backup an entire business with Server, email system and laptops and desktop computers onto a low cost USB hard disk drive.
2005: We opened our laptop repair lab Q-Labs in central London and offered the community a collection service within 1 hour of their telephone call and repair service within 48 hours.
2006: We released version 2 of Q-Backup with many major advances including the ability to backup Microsoft Exchange and other open files without interruption to the Server services, full email reports and scriptable operation.
2007: We released QPBX, a business class call center VOIP PBX Internet telephone system, Linux based and running in VMWare that required no hardware and could be up and running in less than 30 minutes! The system's wizard setup your internet accounts and telephone extensions. Plug in your phones and go.
2008: We launched laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qual-IT group of companies, laptop lcd screen offers trade price laptop screens for any make and model and a simple laptop screen replacement tutorial video.
2009: We launched laptop-power-adapters.co.uk, another subsidiary of the Qual-IT Group offering genuine AC laptop power adapters (not cheap fakes from China) for every make and model of laptop at extremely competitive prices.
2009: We launched a comprehensive UK laptop part finder online, we can source most laptop parts including but not limited to laptop screens, laptop motherboards, laptop keyboards and laptop batteries.
