Bought this partly as an upgrade to my ageing laptop but also as something small and light enough to carry on trains and planes without tugging my arm off - it does exactly what I wanted. Vista runs fine, the keyboard is perfectly usable, the twist touch-screen and stylus make for easy use in confined spaces and the battery life - especially in power saving mode - is fantastic. Although he screen is small, it is very clear and I have worked out how to zoom into any applications where I need to see more detail. No CD R/W of course but an 8GB memory stick carries all the data I want to copy or read.
